Branding Guidelines

These Branding Guidelines are part of the eMusic APIs Terms of Use and are intended to help you on how layout eMusic attribution and branding must be handled on your application using eMusic APIs. These Branding Guidelines may change from time to time, and without prior notice from eMusic. Your continued use of the eMusic APIs is contingent upon your adherence to the current branding guidelines. If you are uncomfortable with any of these branding guidelines, discontinue your use of the eMusic APIs, and contact us with your concerns at api@emusic.com.

The eMusic Name

eMusic cannot be the first word in the application name. It can be used in the naming of an app as "x for eMusic" or "x with eMusic", etc. This makes it clear that the offering is not from eMusic.

Contact us at api@emusic.com if you want to run a name by us!

Required Attribution

All applications must feature a "Powered by eMusic" either by using one of the below "Powered by eMusic" buttons or by adding "Powered by eMusic" in text. The "Powered by eMusic" button (or text) must be interactive and solely link to http://www.emusic.com. Do not change this button in any way.
