Usage Limitations
The eMusic proxy has an incoming calls limitation. eMusic reserves the right, from time to time, for any reason, with or without notice, to
change these Usage Limitations in its sole and absolute discretion with no liability whatsoever.
User Level Call Limiting
The maximum number of incoming calls is set to five thousand (5000) a day and four (4) queries per second (QPS). This is the default Incoming Calls Limit applied to all keys issued within the eMusic API service. You can request an override of this Incoming Calls Limit which eMusic reserves the right to accept or deny in its sole discretion with no liability whatsoever.
